Unlike a lot of our competitors we do not ask for upfront set up fees or charge huge amounts for donor recruitment. We charge a modest fee and in many cases only get paid on results we deliver. This reduces the risk for the charity and allows telephone fundraising to be accessible to many small and medium sized charities for which it is not normally an option because of cost.

 

We prepare all campaign scripts in close consultation with you to ensure the objectives of the call are clear and we prepare responses for frequently asked questions and anticipate any objections or further information required by contacts. We can supply call lists and carry out follow up mailings were applicable.

 

DMACSTEL will produce reports that will allow for the monitoring of your campaign 

 

Typical reports we supply include:

·        Daily call report – a report of responses from previous days calling.

·        Campaign call report – results of response rates to date.
